After three years of development, the domestic health food manufacturer Translab International Co., Ltd. launched a new fucoidan product “醣芯勝”Tangxinsheng FFL Triple Protection Formula”, which was recently awarded the SNQ National Quality Mark Certification.
The product was developed based on a research paper by Dr. Chen Zhengxian, a professor of internal medicine at Taipei Medical University, and has passed the medical center’s human clinical trial IRB review, demonstrating the company’s strength in health food research and development and quality control.
Tangxinsheng FFL is an innovative product launched by Translab International Ltd. after continuing the second-generation small molecule fucoidan technology.
The product mainly contains three core ingredients: the second-generation small molecule fucoidan (FOII®) made by high-pressure filtration and porous instant technology, the second-generation highly stable fucoxanthin (FUXII®) that undergoes multiple precision processes, and L-carnitine.
Translab International Ltd. stated that the company’s second-generation process technology developed in 2020 has made significant breakthroughs.
The new technology uses a multi-extraction procedure to more effectively remove excess impurities and avoid the interweaving of functional ingredients and impurities affecting activity. In addition, the new process also significantly reduces the higher fat, monosaccharide, sucrose and protein content in the first generation technology, making the product more suitable for health purposes.
Yang Zhonghan, founding secretary-general of the Taiwan Fucoidan Development Society (serving from 2010 to 2020) and deputy general manager of Translab International, pointed out that in the face of the fiercely competitive health food market, the company has always insisted on using scientific evidence as the basis, ensuring product quality through rigorous research and development processes and high-specification testing standards. “From raw material selection to process control, every link is strictly checked,” Yang Zhonghan emphasized.
The company uses a professional PIC/S GMP pharmaceutical factory for production, and all raw materials are tested batch by batch to ensure that they are contamination-free. The production process follows the highest standards, including strict selection of pure natural sources, professional process control, and multiple international standard testing to provide consumers with complete safety protection.

It is particularly worth mentioning that within less than a year after its launch, Tangxinsheng obtained both the SNQ national quality mark certification and the approval of the IRB review of human clinical trials in teaching hospitals. This achievement not only demonstrates Translab International’s R&D strength in the field of health foods, but also reflects the company’s high attention to product safety and quality.
Currently, the product has begun the first phase of one-year human clinical trial research, and its effectiveness will continue to be tracked and verified in the future.

Chen Zhengxian, professor of internal medicine at Taipei Medical University, highly praised the quality of Translab International’s new product “醣芯勝Tangxinsheng”.
He said that obtaining the SNQ national quality mark means that the product has met strict standards in production process, raw material inspection and other aspects. “This is a certification that is not easy to obtain.”
Since 2016, Chen Zhengxian has been committed to the research of small molecule fucoidan and highly stable fucoxanthin. He pointed out that the research paper published at that time confirmed the synergistic effect of the three ingredients, and Translab International developed its products based on this research formula.
“Tongxinsheng is the first product on the market that fully follows this research,” he said.
Currently, the relevant product experiments have passed the general procedure review of clinical trials and the research is still ongoing.
Chen Zhengxian shared that several users have provided positive feedback during clinical observations, and clinical research verification will continue in the future.

“Generally, the half-life period of fucoxanthin is only a few dozen minutes, and it easily combines with oxidative factors in the environment and loses its activity.”
Translab International used patented technology authorized by Ocean University to add special stabilizing factors and successfully extended the stability period of fucoxanthin. This technological breakthrough not only ensures product effectiveness, but also opens up new possibilities for future related research.
